Annis Gladine Parker Obituary (1924

Gladine Parker, 89, of London, went home to be with the Lord Friday, July 4, 2014 at her home in London. The daughter of Thomas and Bessie Booher, she was born November 18, 1924 in London. She married Jim Parker on December 4, 1946 at Piney. She was a homemaker and raised four wonderful children. She was a member of the Martin Chapel Assembly of God in London. She enjoyed singing at church, writing for the Johnson County Graphic, sewing, quilting and fellowshipping at Brown's Catfish. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; two sisters. Survivors include her husband of 67 years, Jim Parker; son Glen Parker, both of London; three daughters, Nina Buckner and husband, Lee of Clearwater, FL, Charlene Hughes of Clarksville and Pamela Blagg and husband, Ronnie of Van Buren; brother, Herbert Booher of Russellville; five grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. Funeral Service will be held at 2PM, Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at Humphrey Chapel in Russellville. Rev. Jerry Ferguson will officiate. Burial will be at East Point Cemetery in Russellville by Humphrey Funeral Service. Visitation will be from 6-8PM, on Tuesday, at the funeral home. Pallbearers are Jeff Dale, Jeromy Carpenter, Kris Hunter, Joshua Fonville, Dustin Fonville and Nicholas Fonville. Honorary pallbearers are Charles Cochran, Jack Whorton, Arvil Parker, Paul Ray Parker, Earl Sanderson and Bill Hughes. PDF Printable Version
