Betty R. (Winkle) Howard

Betty R. Howard, 77, of Pottsville, passed away, Monday, September 19, 2022, at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. The daughter of Ray and Helen Weatherford Winkle, she was born January 25, 1945, in Batesville, AR. She was a business owner in construction. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a member of the Pottsville United Methodist Church. She enjoyed working in her yard, flower gardening, going to the casino and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband Louis Allen Howard her parents and 10 siblings.

Survivors include her son, Jason Howard (Angela), Pottsville; her daughter, Pam Gardner (Rick), North Little Rock; six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; a brother and three sisters.

Funeral Service will be held at 2:00PM, Thursday, September 22, 2022, at Humphrey Chapel. Rev. Roy Chisum will officiate. Burial will be at Pisgah Cemetery in Pottsville by Humphrey Funeral Service.
