Billie Jean Courtwright

Billie Jean Courtwright, 52, of Dover, died Thursday, July 19, 2007 at her home. The daughter of William Gene and Dorothy Katherine Merseal Counts, she was born November 23, 1954 in East St. Louis, Illinois. She married Justin Courtwright, July 28, 1990 in Dover. She worked at POM for the last eight years. She was preceded in death by her father and a brother, Roger Dale Counts.
She is survived by her husband, Justin Courtwright of Dover; daughter, Amber Counts of Russellville; son, Branden Counts of Dover; granddaughter, Abigail Robbins of Russellville and her mother, Dorothy Counts of Fairmont City, Illinois.
Graveside funeral service and burial will be at 2:00 PM Monday, July 23, 2007 at Paschall Cemetery with Rev. Darwin Barnhouse officiating. Arrangements are by Humphrey Funeral Service.
Visitation will be 7:00 - 8:00 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
