Billy Don Parker

God called his special angel home on Sunday, January 25, 2015 at St. Mary's Regional Med Ctr in Russellville, AR. Billy Don Parker II, 41, was born October 13, 1973 in Little Rock, AR. to Billy and Clara Helen Masoner Parker. He was loved by everyone who knew him. He touched so many lives and taught people love, service, commitment and patience. Even though he had special challenges he lived a very special life. Billy will be sorely missed but, he is in heaven with those who loved him the most. We rejoice that he is in the presence of Jesus.

Billy was of the Baptist faith. He loved playing with balls and throwing socks. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Micheal James Burgess; a special grandmother, Clara Peterson.

Left to cherish his memory are three brothers, David Burgess (Shirley) of Winston Salem, NC, Daniel Burgess (Aleen) of Wilburton, OK, John Parker; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; friends at Young Home; and a dear friend Dr. Marvin Solum.

Celebration of Life will be held at 7:00PM, Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at Humphrey Chapel. Reverend David Burgess will officiate. Burial will be at Francois Cemetery in Malvern at 3:00PM, on Wednesday, January 28, by Humphrey Funeral Service.

Visitation will be from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm, on Tuesday, at the funeral home. Internet obituary and on-line guest book are available at www.humphreyfuneral.com.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Young Home, 910 North Ithaca Ave, Russellville, AR 72801.
