Blake Keith, 24, of Russellville died Friday, August 10, 2007. The son of Eric and Tracy Lee Chappell Keith, he was born September 7, 1982 in Russellville. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Ken Chappell and his maternal great grandfather, Clyde Chappell. Survivors include a wife, Corrina Keith of Russellville; one brother, Shane Keith of Russellville; Mother, Tracy Callahan of Houston, AR; father, Eric Keith of New Blaine; maternal grandmother, Betty Burge of Houston, AR.; maternal great greatmother, Altha Fuqua of Morrilton, AR; paternal great grandmother, Della Chappell of Russellville, AR.; one aunt Tammy Glenn of Houston, AR.
