Carmelida L. Hickey Obituary (1941

Carmelida L. Hickey, age 60, a resident of Russellville, AR, died Friday, August 24, 2001 at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center at Russellville, AR. She was born on March 9, 1941 at Cardon Bottoms, AR, to Cleveland 'Peck' and Daisy (Higgins) Moore. Mrs. Hickey was a Homemaker and had formerly worked for 'Cleanerella Cleaming Services' and a member of First Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, John R. 'Bobby' Hickey and two children, Margo Hickey and Michael Hickey. Survivors include one daughter and son in law, Shana and Kenneth Volz of Russellville; two sons and daughters in law, John R. and Yvonne Hickey of Russellville, Thomas H. Hickey of Russellville; three grandchildren, John Robert Hickey, III, Jackson Hickey, Amy Volz; two sisters, Alicia Carter of Dardanelle, Stephanie Langley of Benton. Humphrey Funeral Service is in charge of Cremation. A Memorial service will be held at 2 P.M. Wednesday, August 29, 2001, at Gum Springs Cumberland Presbyterian Church near Dardanelle, Arkansas, officiated by Rev. Franklin Chesnut and Rev. Ricky Reaves. PDF Printable Version
