Cecil Lemuiel Williams, Jr., 66, of Texas City, TX, formerly of Russellville, died Thursday, August 27, 2020 at Mainland Medical Center in Texas City, TX. The son of Cecil, Sr., and Priscilla (Jackson) Williams, he was born June 18, 1954 in Houston, TX. He was a cleaning & maintenance specialist. His greatest accomplishment in life was being a great father and grandfather. He was a member of the Westside Church of Christ. He loved bingo, spending time with grandchildren, going to the little casino parlor as well as playing cards and board games. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Carolyn May (Chenault) Williams, a son, Charleston J. Williams; two daughters, Marie Moore and Lisa Moore; and a brother, Tyrone Williams. He is survived by two daughters, Renita Williams (Laurence) of Russellville and Francilla Williams (Oris) of Texas City, TX. A son Cecil Williams III (KaTina) of Las Vegas, NV. A step-son James Chenault of Huntsville, TX and 17 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren. A brother Clarence Williams (Linda) of Houston, TX. Two sisters Jacqueline Williams of CA and Renita Williams (Anthony) of CA. A sister-in-law, Patti Sue Williams of Houston, TX and several other extended brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews & nieces. A private family funeral Service will be held Humphrey Funeral Chapel, officiated by Mr. Dan Lightfoot. Burial will be at Reed Cemetery in Russellville, AR by Humphrey Funeral Service.
