Clare Yancey Crews

Clare Yancey Crews, 85, of Russellville, died Thursday, December 15, 2005 at Legacy Lodge Nursing Home in Russellville. The daughter of Arthur and Josephine Rechner Yancey, she was born December 8, 1920 in New Orleans, Louisiana. She was a member of the All Saints Episcopal Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Benjamin Walmsey Yancey.
Survivors include three daughters, Catherine Crews of Russellville, Janet Barrow & husband Gene of Dover, Elinor Crews of Plano, Texas; four grandchildren, Geoff Roth of Plano, Texas, David Roth & wife Kristen of Plano, Texas, Benjamin Barrow of Dover, Sim Barrow of Dover and one great grandchild, Elizabeth Roth of Plano, Texas
Memorial service will be at 7:00 PM Sunday, December 18, 2005 at All Saints Episcopal Church with Rev. Evelyn Hornaday officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service. Memorials may be made to The Clare Yancy Crews Memorial Fund to benefit The Dover High School Band.
