Dana Dorothy (Chapman) Setters Obituary (1931

Dana Dorothy Setters, 88, of Russellville, died Sunday, May 17, 2020 at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center. The daughter of Ernst and Mable Mae (Rhodes) Chapman, she was born November 11, 1931, in Iowa City, IA. She married James Robert Setters, on March 17, 1950, at Wichita, Kansas. Dana worked in business administration as a secretary, and also prepared food for large venue events. She was a member of West Side Church of Christ in Russellville, and worked for many years with the church hospitality ministry, as well as helping her husband with the "Lads to Leaders" Bible reading program. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother, Bruce Chapman. She is survived by her husband of 70 years, James Setters; their son, John Setters (Heather) of West Warwick, RI; their daughter, Carol Setters (Terry Kruger) of Denver, CO; two grandchildren: James Hay & Claire Koch; two great grandchildren: Evie Koch & Miles Koch; and her sister, Shirley Madden of Kansas City, KS. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service, with interment of cremains to be at the Nashville National Cemetery, Nashville, TN.
