Debra "Debbie" Charlene Barnett, 60, of Havana, died Tuesday, May 12, 2020, at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. The daughter of Charles and Minnie Faye (Freeman) Holt, she was born August 10, 1959, in Russellville. She was a substitute teacher with the Western Yell County School District. She was a member of the Assembly of God faith, and enjoyed domesticating raccoons, sewing blankets, and loved her dog "Cookie," as well as spending time with her family and grandchildren.\n\nShe was preceded in death by her parents; a grandson Kendall Waterman; a son, Justin Waterman; and a brother, Ronnie Holt.\n\nShe is survived by her husband, Johnny Barnett; her daughter, Kayla Delgado of Dover; two sisters, Jeanie Pemberton of Hector, and Lisa Davis (Chris) of Belleville; a brother, Randall Holt of Belleville; and five grandchildren: Nikylia Delgado, Connor Delgado, Cameron Waterman, Skylar Waterman, and Brianna Garrison; and many other relatives-.\n\nA memorial service will be held at a later date.
