Dennie Bittle Obituary (1943

Dennie Bittle, 70, of Dardanelle, AR, formerly of Ola, passed away Saturday, May 10, 2014 at River Valley Medical Center in Dardanelle, AR. The son of Coy and Beulah Denison Bittle, he was born August 8, 1943 in Nimrod, AR. He was a mill worker with Deltic Timber and a member of the Ola United Methodist Church. He enjoyed fishing, driving around site seeing with his wife Betty, but was well known throughout the community for honking his horn. He was preceded in death by his father Coy Bittle; wife Betty Bittle. Survivors include his mother Beulah Bittle of Dardanelle; two sisters, Mary Earley of Ola, Linda Grindel of Middletown, DE; two brothers, John Bittle and wife Marie of Russellville, James Bittle and wife Vicki of Russellville; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00AM, Thursday, May 15, 2014 at Ola United Methodist Church. Rev. Melanie Tubbs will officiate. Burial will be at Carter Cove Cemetery by Humphrey Funeral Service.
