Denton Allen Bowles Obituary (1986 - 2021)

Denton Allen Bowles, 34, of Atkins, died Sunday, May 30, 2021, at St. Vincent Infirmary in Little Rock. The son of Debra Handley, he was born October 23, 1986, in Russellville. Denton worked for the Bakers Bells Chapel Bait and RV Park where he channeled his interest in fishing. Denton always enjoyed making others laugh. Denton also enjoyed raising tropical fish, camping, gaming, growing plants, and the outdoors. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Al Bowles. Survivors include his mother, Debra Handley; sister, Brittanie Handley, both of Atkins; grandmother, Delores Bowles; aunt, Leann Ledford and husband Gerald, all of Dover; uncle, Greg Bowles and wife Ruby OK; cousins, Katie, Allie, and Christopher Loyd of Dover; and several extended family members and friends. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service and Herman Humphrey Dignity Cremation Center in Russellville. Memorials may be made to Arkansas Hospice, 2405 E.
