Devyaniben K. Shah Obituary (1930 - 2015)

Devyaniben K. Shah, 84, of Russellville, died Monday, January 19, 2015 at Russellville Nursing & Rehab in Russellville. The daughter of Harishchandra and Taramati Sawardekar, she was born August 17, 1930 in Goa, India. She was a loving mother, grandmother "Dadi", kind, caring, selfless and very humble. She was a member of the Hindu faith and was preceded in death by her husband Kumudchandra Bhogilal Shah her parents; one brother; one sister; son, Gautam Shah and one son-in-law, Purendra Patel. Left to cherish Devyaniben's memory are her three daughters, Geeta Patel of Russellville, Rita Patel and husband Pramukh of Houston, TX, Mallika "Tina" Seth and husband Prakash of Jackson, TN; one daughter-in-law, Nikita Shah of Chicago, IL; three brothers; two sister-in-laws; eight grandchildren, Nisha Jain and husband Ajay, Neil Patel, Kunal Shah and wife Hina, Shan Patel and fiance Reina, Nirav Shah and wife Tiffany, Amisha Patel and fiance Niraj Rami, Rohan Patel, Rorik Seth; and one great-granddaughter, Riya K. Shah. Funeral Service will be held at 9AM Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at Humphrey Chapel. Sanatbhai Vyas will officiate. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service.
