Doris Evelyn Rice

Doris Rice, 58, of Danville, died Thursday, December 27, 2007 at UAMS in Little Rock. The daughter of Opal and Chloe Wheeler Rice, she was born June 26, 1949 in Rover. She was a hair stylist for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother Alvin Ray Rice.
Survivors include five brothers, Opal F. Rice and wife Mary of Dardanelle, Kenneth Rice of Justice, IL, Clayton Rice of Danville, Charles Rice and wife Karen of Danville, Jimmy Rice of Dardanelle; one sister, Brenda Chambers and husband Keith of Memphis, TN.; eight nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be 2:00p.m., Monday, December 31, 2007 at Danville First Baptist Church. The Reverend Jamie Staley will officiate. Burial will be in Hunt's Chapel Cemetery at Rover under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service. Visitation will be 3-5p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
