Dorothy G. Tremblay Obituary (1923

Dorothy G. Tremblay, 81, of Russellville, died Tuesday, July 5, 2005 at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Russellville. The daughter of Emmett and Gladys Louy Talbert, she was born October 21, 1923 in Jonesboro. She was a 1941 graduate of Jonesboro High School. She married Louis G. Tremblay on December 2, 1945 in Jonesboro. Dorothy was a member of the Pottsville Extension Homemakers and the Pleasant View Baptist Church in Russellville. She was preceded in death by her husband and her parents, a daughter, Melody A. Lister and a grandson, Marty Deere. Survivors Include: daughter & Son in law Sheila & Tom Deere, of Pottsville, Arkansas, two grandchildren, Angela L. Lister of Antioch, California, Deborah A. Deere of Pottsville, Arkansas; three great granddaughters, Jade N. Lister, Clarity Bell & Raven Bell; a sister, Doris M. Palmer of Fremont, California, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 9, 2005 at Humphrey Chapel with the Reverend Tom Deere, Reverend Bob Walker, Reverend Jim Doty Jr., and Reverend Larry Pettus officiating. Burial will be at New Bethel Cemetery in Plainview, Arkansas by Humphrey Funeral Service. Visitation will be 7-8:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. PDF Printable Version
