Elva Sue Spradlin

Elva Sue Spradlin, age 65, a resident of Russellville, AR, died Wednesday, January 17, 2001 at Dardanelle Hospital at Dardanelle, AR. She was born on May 26, 1935 at England, AR, to Samuel and Alta Helen Overton Edwards. She married James Edward Spradlin on June 2, 1951 at Benton , AR. She was a Homemaker. She was preceded in death by her daughter Janette Spradlin, and her father Samuel Edwards. She was a member of the FourSquare Pentacostal Church.
Survivors include her husband, James Spradlin of Russellville; two daughters, Margaret Reed of Oklahoma City, Charlotte Spradlin of Russellville; two sons and a daughter in law, James and Lisa Spradlin, Jr. of Watonga, Terry Spradlin of Russellville; 10 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; her mother, Alta Edwards of Russellville; a brohter, James Edwards of Russellville; a sister, Patricia Manning of Russellville; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 10:00 AM Saturday, January 20, 2001 at the Humphrey Chapel officiated by Rev. Ray Boyd. Burial will be at the Pisgah Cemetery at Pottsville, AR under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service. The family will receive friends from 6 - 8:00 PM Friday.
