Flonnie Mae Jackson Obituary (1921

Flonnie Mae Jackson, 89, of Russellville, died Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at Russellville Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Russellville. The daughter of Milus and Haddie Elders, she was born December 17, 1921 in Pope County. She was a homemaker and raised two loving sons. She was of the Assembly of God faith. She enjoyed gardening, flowers, canning and was a talented seamstress and cook. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Paul A. Jackson; her parents; step-father, Jess Berryman; and step-mother, Jessie Elders. Survivors include her two sons, Paul B. Jackson and wife Pat of Russellville, Freddy Jackson and wife Pat of Russellville; two grandchildren, Brooks Ann Ashcraft and husband Teddy of Ft. Worth, TX, Jennifer Lynn Judkins and husband Greg of Springdale, AR; great grandchild, Addison Brooks Judkins of Springdale, AR; and her sister, Florine Stanton and husband Gale of Apple Valley, CA. Funeral will be at 10:00 A.M., Friday, July 22, 2011 at Humphrey Chapel. Rev Steve Payton and Rev Kent Dollar will officiate. Burial will be at Bakers Creek Cemetery in Russellville by Humphrey Funeral Service. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 P.M., on Thursday, at the funeral home. Active pallbearers include Ray Tarkington, Jim Bob Jackson, Jamie Jackson, R.C. Lewis, Chris Draggs and Roy Linton. Honorary pallbearers include Charlie Barton, Roger Thurston and Russell Thomas.
