Frances "Fran" Hottinger, 68, of Dover, passed into Glory Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. The daughter of Joseph and Ruth (Schanzenbach) Schneider, she was born May 20, 1952 in Mobridge, SD. She worked for ANO / Entergy until her retirement. She was a member of St. John's Catholic Church. She enjoyed crocheting, gardening and especially spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carroll Hottinger; and her parents.\n\nSurvivors include her three daughters, Shelley Hughes and husband, Daniel of Dover, Tanya Hottinger, and Laura VanRiper and husband, John, both of Russellville; six grandchildren, Jessica Beverage, Heather Hughes, Daniel Chism, William Chism, Addison VanRiper, and Elena VanRiper; six great-great-grandchildren, Brendan Osburn, Benson Osburn, Rosline Chism, Emily Chism, Carter Chism, and on the way, Lyla Chism; her sister, Rae Couzen of Prosper, Texas; and brother, Donnie Schneider of Lebanon, Tennessee; and numerous extended family members.\n\nTo honor Mrs. Hottinger, In lieu of flowers, please send a plant which will be planted in her garden.
