Freddie Joan McCarty

Freddie Joan McCarty, age 72, a resident of Dardanelle died Wednesday, January 1, 2003 at Spring Hill Hospital in Mobile, Alabama while visiting her daughter. She was born on January 7, 1930 in Dardanelle to Roger Campbell and Nina Shepherd McGuire. She was the widow of Cleve McCarty and was a Methodist.
Survivors include a daughter, Peggy and Bart Ray, of Mobile; a son and his fiancee, Mike McCarty and Jodie Emery of Greenwich; five grandchildren, Jessica of Mobile, Whitney Ray of Mobile, Matthew McCarty of Greenwich, Sarah McCarty of Greenwich, Kate McCarty of Greenwich; three sisters, Mary Jo Madeley of Conway, Rebecca Seay of Dardanelle, Pam Huggins of Russellville.
Funeral service will be 2 P.M. Saturday, January 4, 2003 at the Dardanelle United Methodist Church officiated by Rev. Paul Seay. Burial will be at Brearley Cemetery at Dardanelle, AR under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service.
