Gertrue Burgess Obituary (1924

Gertrue Burgess, 85, of London, AR, died Sunday, March 21, 2010 at her home in London, AR. The daughter of Dock and Nora Howard Burgess, she was born April 15, 1924 in Augsburg, AR. She was a member of Mill Creek Church of Christ. She was a line worker with Mortons Frozen Food. She was a member of the Augsburg Extension Club and was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her first cousins, Vernon Howard and wife Jane and Pauline Hutchins, all of Russellville and many other cousins and friends. Funeral will be at 2:00PM, Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at Humphrey Chapel. Vernon Howard and Dr. Bert Thompson will officiate. Burial will be at Burgess Cemetery at London, AR by Humphrey Funeral Service. Visitation will be from 1:00 pm until service time, on Wednesday, at the funeral home.
