Hayden Michael Dennis, 4, of Pottsville, Arkansas, died Wednesday, March 14, 2007 at his home. The son of Michael and Amy Elizabeth Smith Dennis, he was born December 9, 2002 in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was a member of the London First Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his maternal great grandparents, Bo & Sara Troglin and John & Edna Smith; paternal great grandparents, Walter & Gladys Dennis and Edward & Myrtle Moore. Survivors include his mother & father Amy & Mike Dennis of Pottsville; one sister, Maddie Dennis of Pottsville; maternal grandparents, Jerry & Linda Smith of Russellville; paternal grandparents, Bob & Lois Dennis of Atkins four aunts & uncles, Ben & Amy Smith of Russellville, Carolyn & Roger Bishop of Russellville, Bobby Dennis of Atkins, Tim & Deidra Dennis of Dover; many loving cousins and friends. Funeral will be at 2:00p.m. Friday, March 16, 2007 at Humphrey Chapel. Reverend Daniel Green and Reverend Danny Fagala will officiate. Burial will be at Rest Haven Memorial Park at Russellville, Arkansas by Humphrey Funeral Service. Visitation will be 6:00p.m.-8:00p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. PDF Printable Version
