Hazel Lucille O'Keefe Obituary (1917

Hazel Lucille O'Keefe, 88, of Russellville, Arkansas, died Tuesday, October 25, 2005 at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Russellville. The daughter of Harry and Nora (Fields) Moore, she was born July 7, 1917 in Pottsville, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her husband Edward O'Keefe and was also preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Eva Tagliola; three sisters; and one brother. She is survived by two daughters, Bettie Patrick of Fayetteville, Arkansas and Shirley J. Huff of Chicago, Illinois; eleven grandchildren, Gary Patrick of Memphis, Tennessee, Angela Meyer of Overland Park, Kansas, Joseph Lee Brown of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Sherrie D. Brown of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Richard Lawrence Huff of Caraway, Arkansas, Michael Brian Huff of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Kathy Lynn Huff of Santa Fe, New Mexico, David Huff of Santa Fe, New Mexico, Lisa Marie Scarsi of Fullerton, California, Bobby Carr of Japan, and Anthony Tagliola of Chicago, Illinois; thirteen great grandchildren; one sister, Imogene Chapman and husband Merrill of Hemet, California; and many other loved ones and friends. Funeral will be at 10:00 AM Friday, October 28, 2005 at Humphrey Chapel with Gary Patrick officiating. Burial will be at Pisgah Cemetery at Pottsville by Humphrey Funeral Service.
