Jessie L. Daniel

Jessie L. Daniel, 80, of Malvern, AR, formerly of Dover passed away on Sunday, April 14, 2013 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock, AR. The son of James and Mayme Cochran Daniel, he was born July 28, 1932 in Hot Spring County, AR. He served in the Army National Guard for 6 1/2 years. Jessie retired from DOW Chemical Company and ConAgra. He was a member of the Scottsville Assembly of God. Jessie enjoyed fishing, watching sports and coin collecting. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Minnie Daniel; twin infant daughters; three brothers, W.J. "Peanut" Daniel, F.J. "Popcorn" Daniel, Kenneth "Bozy" Daniel; one sister, Imogene Mullica.

Survivors include three brothers, Charles Daniel & wife Linda of Malvern, Marvin Daniel & wife Shirley of Malvern, Don Daniel of Visalia, CA; three sisters, Elizabeth Slate of Malvern, Joy Hardy & husband Kenneth of Malvern, Audrey Brenton & husband James of Malvern; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Funeral Service will be held at 2:00PM, Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at Scottsville Assembly of God Church. Rev Arnold Humphrey and Rev Keith Pennington will officiate. Burial will be at Phoenix Cemetery on Buck Mountain, AR by Humphrey Funeral Service. Visitation will be from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, on Wednesday, at Scottsville Assembly of God.
