Jewel Rodden

Jewel Rodden, 98, of Pottsville, Arkansas, passed Wednesday, November 11, 2015 in Pottsville. The daughter of Thomas and Susan Godfrey, she was born February 17, 1917 in Dover, Arkansas. Jewel was a member of the Pottsville Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed going to church. Jewel worked in her garden, spent time canning and was a seamstress. She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings and husband Lee Rodden.

Survivors include a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and

great great nieces and great great nephews.

Graveside service will be held at 2:00PM, Saturday, November 14, 2015 at Pisgah Cemetery. Reverend Howard Wheeler will officiate. Burial will follow under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service. Visitation will be from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, on Friday, at the funeral home.

The family would like to give a special thanks to the nurses, caregivers and staff of Arkansas Hospice for the care they showed our aunt Jewel.
