Jillian Nicole "Nic" Loibner Obituary (2003 - 2023)

Jillian Nicole "Nic" Loibner, age 20, of Russellville, formerly of Hernando, MS, passed away on Saturday, November 4, 2023. Born on May 10, 2003, in Pine Bluff to Amanda Christine Loibner. She was an integral part of her family's business, the Russellville Marina. Nic's creativity and passion were evident in her art, poetry, and enthusiasm for nature. She also loved music, an interest passed down by her mother, particularly musicals, a love shared with her whole family. She especially loved spending time with family and friends and was fiercely loyal. Nic also loved going out on the lake and fishing with her “Graddy” where she would toss rocks or other loose items into the water, possibly aimed at protecting the fish. Nic was a person of great compassion, volunteering at the Oak Hill Day Camp, teaching horseback riding to children with special needs. Described as "a little dove who had not yet found her song," she will be dearly missed by all who were touched by her kindness and radiant smile. The family has asked that memorials be made to the “To Write Love On Her Arms” foundation in her honor. This organization’s goal is to provide support and care to those struggling with depression, addiction, and self-injury. Nic was preceded in death by her grandmother “Nana”, Paula Loibner. A celebration of life service will be announced at a later date.
