Julia Mary Ballinger

Julia Mary Shaw Ballinger, 77, of Russellville, AR, formerly of Ola, died Friday, August 20, 2010 at Pottsville. The daughter of James and Phyllis Kane Shaw, she was born December 21, 1932 in Van Couver, CN. She was a humanitarian who took care of the elderly and many others in need. She was a member of the Bethel Assembly of God Church. She enjoyed reading and volunteering. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jackie Ballinger; her parents; several brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her two sons Jimmy Foster, SR & wife Edie of Pottsville, Steven Foster & wife Brenda of TX; five grandchildren Jimmy Jr., David, Tiffany, Steve, Mary and Tori Foster; five great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; a sister Doris Lacey and a brother and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral will be at 10:00 A.M., Monday, August 23, 2010 at Humphrey Chapel. Reverend Earl Helton will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service. Visitation will be from 4 to 6:00 pm, on Sunday, at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to The Bethel Assembly of God Church.
