June Roberts, 92, of Dover, AR, passed away Monday, May 30, 2022 at her home. The daughter of Onie and Estelle Gwatney Montgomery, she was born December 5, 1929 in Little Rock, AR. June was the owner of Junes Kitchen in Modesto, CA for more than 15 years. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Frank Roberts; one son, James Roberts; two sisters, Dorothy Swift and Christine Lindsey, one brother, Butch Montgomery. Survivors include one daughter, June Mitchell (Charles)of Dover; one son, Paul Roberts of Modesto, CA; three grandchildren, Adam Mitchell of Dover, Peggy Isaac (Jonathan) of Dover, Jennifer Roberts of Modesto, CA; 8 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild; one sister, Eva Palmer (Bill) of North Little Rock, AR; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. Graveside Service will be 2:00PM, Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at Owens Cemetery in Dover, AR by Humphrey Funeral Service. June found much joy in her grandchildren and great grandchildren in her final years.
