Keith "Sonny" Kildow Beck, Jr Obituary (1937 - 2016)

Keith "Sonny" Kildow Beck, Jr., 78, of Dover, AR, died Tuesday, February 2nd, 2016 at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home in Russellville, AR. The son of Keith, Sr. and Ethel (Price) Beck, he was born August 18, 1937 in Upper Mount Bethel, PA. He was married to Pattie Beck. He served in the United States Navy from 1956 to 1960 on the U.S.S. Monticello. He was a retired telephone technician with CenturyTel and attended the Russellville Christian Center. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, sports, trap shooting and especially spending time with family. He was preceded in death by his parents; great-grandson, Max Beck; sister and brother-in-law Jackie & Robert Vosselmann. Survivors include his wife, Pattie Beck of Dover, AR; five children, Shelly & James Young of Phillipsburg, NJ, Bruce & Teresa Beck of Dover, AR, Chris & Tamara Beck of Dover, AR, Michael & Joanna Beck of Dover, AR, and Lauren & Clay Spikes of Little Rock, AR; two step-children, Beth & Aaron Yerta of Jonesboro, AR and Ben & Missy Sears of Russellville, AR; grandchildren, Chad, Dustin and Blake Beck; Sam Young, Alexander and Abigail Beck; Gabby, Lucy, Tyler & Ashley Beck; step-grandchildren, Will, Audrey, Gus and Henry Yerta; Caitlyn and Matthew Sears; sisters, Olga & Donald Vander Vleit, Patricia Beck, Pamela Beck; Cheryl & Thomas Lotito; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. Graveside service will be held at 1:00PM, Saturday, February 6, 2016 at North New Hope Cemetery in Dover, AR by Humphrey Funeral Service. Chaplain Don Erwin will officiate. Pallbearers are Chad, Dustin, Blake and Alex Beck, Sam Young, David Vosselmann and Clay Spikes. Full military honors will be provided. Visitation will be from 6-8PM, on Friday, at the funeral home.
