Lajune Batchelor Wesselhoft Obituary (1933 - 2014)

Lajune Batchelor Wesselhoft, 81, of Russellville, AR, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 28, 2014. The daughter of Stanley Batchelor and Edna Mae Hutson Batchelor, she was born February 22, 1933 in Russellville, AR. She was a member of The Pentecostals of Russellville. Lajune enjoyed working at her church making peanut brittle and taking care of her beloved grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Billy J. Wesselhoft; two brothers, Guy and Kenneth Batchelor. Left to cherish her memory are five children, Hilda Gail Varnell of Russellville, Wandella Sue Hanks of Russellville, Darla Kay Thompson of Texarkana, AR., David Dan Wesselhoft of Texarkana, TX., Stanley Brent Wesselhoft of Russellville; one step son, Paul Wesselhoft of Moore, OK; 15 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; five siblings, Doris Kimbrough, Sandy Sotomayor, Mary Jo Pledger and Mike Christian all of Russellville and Barbara Thrasher of Austin, TX. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00PM, Thursday, October 30, 2014 at The Pentecostals of Russellville. Carl Varnell, Greg Henry, and Reverend Tony Reynolds will officiate. Visitation will be held from 1:00pm. til service time on Thursday. Graveside service will be 3:00pm Friday, October 31, 2014 at Hillcrest Cemetery in Texarkana, TX. under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service. PDF Printable Version
