Louise L. Killer

Louise L Killer, 86, a resident of Stella Manor Nursing Home of Russellville, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Russellville. The youngest of the six children of Chester and Lou Hobbs Lee, she was born August 11, 1925 in Dover. She was a member of the 1942 class of Dover High School. She worked as an LPN with Dr. Lane in Dover for over 25 years. She was a member of the Pleasant Grove Church of Christ. She enjoyed country and gospel music by musicians including Bob Wills and Ernest Tubb. She also loved playing the piano and singing and crossword puzzles.

She was preceded in death by her parents, granddaughter, Melissa Ann Killer; three brothers, Jeff Lee, George Lee, and Joe Lee; 2 sisters, Velma Lee Jones and Katie Norman.

She is survived by 3 sons, Jim (Jo Ann) Killer of Dover, John (Linda) Killer of Dover, Jerry Killer of Dover; six grandchildren, Marcia Laffoon, Nathan Killer, Jonathan Killer, James Killer, Travis Killer; Caleb Godinez; nine great grandchildren, Rachael and Ross Laffoon, Logan and Lacee Killer, Emily, Olivia and Dawson Killer, Jacob Ford, Champagne Killer

Funeral will be at 9:00AM, Thursday, June 28, 2012 at Pleasant Grove Church of

Christ. Jerry turner and Mike lee will officiate. Burial will be at Owens

Cemetery in Dover by Humphrey Funeral Service. Visitation will be from 7:00 pm
