Margaret Helen Boggs

Margaret Helen Boggs, 75, of Russellville, Arkansas, formerly of Sun City, Florida, died Monday, June 14, 2004 at Stella Manor Nursing Center in Russellville. The daughter of George and Julia (Matet) Oreskovich, she was born November 1, 1928 in Williamson, West Virigina. She married Bernard G. "Bernie" Boggs on November 27, 1946 in New York City, New York. Bernie and Margaret made their home in New York and were active members of the Clifton Park Church of Christ. Mr. Boggs retired in 1981 and the family moved to Sun City, Florida where they worshipped with the Bells Shoals Church of Christ, and were active in the Silver Saints group. The Boggs moved to Russellville in 1998 to be near their daughter Candy and became members of the West Side Church of Christ. Bernard died on January 20, 2002 in Russellville and she was also preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Michael Oreskovich.
Survivors include one son and daughter in law, Bernard G. "Jerry" Boggs, Jr. and Judy of DelRan, New Jersey; two daughters and sons in law, Candy Reed and Clay of Russellville, Mary Ryon and Jim of Denver, Colorado; seven grandchildren, Amanda Boggs and Christopher Boggs of DelRan, New Jersey, Trey Reed of Little Rock, Barry Reed of Russellville, Jason Kipfer of Fontanna, CA, Gina Kipfer of Denver, Johnathan Kipfer of Florida; a brother, George Oreskovich of New York City; 8 great grandchildren; a special friend, Ruby Henderson of Russellville.
Funeral will be at 10 am Saturday, June 19, 2004 at Humphrey Chapel. Margaret's son and grandsons will officiate. Visitation will follow the service at the chapel. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 22 at 10 am at Garden of Memories in Tampa, Florida. Memorials may be made to Mt. Dora Children's Home in Mt. Dora Florida.
