Due to the inclement weather, the service has been reschedule to February 27, 10:00 a.m., at Moore Cemetery.\n\nMary Lou Collins, 63, of Dover, passed away, Saturday, February 13, 2021 at St. Mary's Regional Med Ctr in Russellville. The daughter of John and Bernice Sumners Freeman, she was born April 15, 1957 in Ben Hur, AR. She was a graduate of Deer High School. She married Johnny L. Collins, on December 2, 1977 at Dover and retired as a receptionist at Tyson Foods after 32 years of employment. Mary Lou was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of the Ben Hur Free Will\n\nBaptist Church. In addition to spending time with her family, she enjoyed quilting, gardening and canning.\n\nShe was preceded in death by her father; four brothers, John, Larry and Terry Freeman; Jerry Seward and two sisters, Doris Armstrong and Francis Gilchrist.\n\nSurvivors include her husband, Johnny Collins of Dover; her son, Nathan Collins (Charli) of Pottsville; two grandchildren, Kinsleigh and Ethan Collins of Pottsville; her mother, Bernice Freeman of Russellville; three brothers, Nolan Freeman of Ben Hur; Calvin Freeman (Mae) of Hector; Odell Freeman of Dover; a sister, Nita Sain (Sonny) of Dover; Several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.\n\nGraveside Service and burial will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, February 27, 2021 at Moore Cemetery under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service. Rev. Glendon Garrison and Rev. Chuck Hefley will officiate. A come and go viewing will be Thursday, at the funeral home.
