Mary Lee (Richardson) Turner

Mary Lee Turner, 88, of Las Vegas, Nevada, formerly of Russellville, Arkansas, made her passage into God's Heavenly presence on January 15, 2023, at Mountain View Hospital in Las Vegas. Funeral services will be Saturday, February 11, 2023, at 10:00 AM, in Humphrey Funeral Chapel with Rev. Rick M. Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service. A bar-b-que meal is planned for family & friends following the graveside committal in the Kate Humphrey Dining Room at Humphrey Funeral Home.

The daughter of Clyde Richardson & Cora (Ross) Richardson, Mary was born May 7, 1934, in Russellville.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her late husband, Milton Fay Turner; a sister, Sue Bowden; and a brother, Billie Scott Richardson. She is survived by her two daughters: Carol Turner of Sacramento, California; and Cinthia McPherson of Lompoc, California; her son, Ricky Lee Turner of Blue Diamond, Nevada; and many grandchildren & great grandchildren.

Being a homemaker throughout her life, Mary's loving passion was her family and her abiding joy was her faith in Christ. She often expressed her love of God and His Word through the poetry she wrote and the music that moved her heart with praise, southern gospel music.
