Mazell Bittle Richards

Mazell Bittle Richards, 88, of Rover, died Saturday, December 1, 2007 at Chambers Memorial Hospital in Danville. The daughter of James and Novella Sexton Haywood, she was born July 30, 1919 in Aly, AR. She was a loving mother, wife, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a member of the Rover Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harvey A. Richards; her first husband, I.G. Bittle; a son, Bill T. Bittle; one granddaughter, Susan K. Bittle; one sister, and three brothers.
She is survived by three sons, Bob Bittle and wife Dean of Russellville, Jack Bittle and wife Sue of Dardanelle, I.J. Bittle and wife Gayle of Gridley, Kansas; stepson, Harvey E. Richards and wife Debbie of Clyde, Texas; seven grandchildren, Teresa Gagyne of Danville, Tonya McDaniel of Rover, Robert Bittle of Lamar, Mike Bittle of Dover, Mark Bittle of Springfield, Sharon Lyons of Fayetteville, Darryl Bittle of Chickalah; fourteen great grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM Wednesday, December 5, 2007 at Rover Baptist Church with Bro. Keith Shipley officiating. Burial will be at Hunts Chapel Cemetery at Rover, by Humphrey Funeral Service.
Visitation will be 5:00 - 7:00 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
