Niva Wheeler Kimball, 82, of Dover, left this life to be with the Lord, Tuesday, January 20, 2009. The daughter of Willie and Jane Freeman, she was born March 7, 1926 in Mt. Judea, AR. She was a member of the Moreland Assembly of God Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; her children's Dad, Lester Wheeler; sister and brother-in-law, Viancie & Herbert Campbell and brother-in-law, Frank Hampton. She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Allen Kimball of Dover; four children, Linda & Arlos Dotson of Dover, Arlis & Melissa Wheeler of Dover, Jearl Wheeler of Dover, Randy & Kim Wheeler of Dover; five step children, Ruby & James Sutherland of Lone Wolf, Oklahoma, Carolyn & Ralph Griggs of Springdale, Gary & Glenda Kimball of Dover, Bill Kimball of Lone Wolf, Oklahoma, Bob & Ellie Kimball of Alma; two sisters, Opie Hampton of Dover, Eltra & Leon Cobb of Dover; 19 Grandchildren, Terisa & James Patterson of Dover, Sandra & David Heard of Dover, Chris & Suzette Dotson of Lewisville, Texas, Tony Wheeler of Dover, April & Tommy Williams of Dover, Tim & Andrea Hodge of Russellville, Taylor Price of Dover, Josh Price of Dover, Kelly & Mark Patterson of Mayflower, Shawn & Jennifer Wheeler of Conway, Brandy & Jason Casey of Dover, Daniel & Vicki Fantinel of Hobart, Oklahoma, Ben & Sarah Griggs of Fayetteville, Sam Griggs of Bentonville, Billy & Liz Kimball of Denver, Colorado, Shawn & Emily Kimball of Seattle, Washington, Ginny & Walt Reding of Mena, Gina & Robbie Dixon of Fort Knox, Kentucky, Emily Kimball of Alma; 19 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM, Friday, January 23, 2009 at Pleasant Grove Assembly of God Church, north of Dover, with the Rev. Mike Chisum and the Rev. Michael Tennison officiating. Burial will be at Coleman Cemetery at Pelsor by Humphrey Funeral Service. Visitation will be 6:00 PM to 8:00 Thursday at the funeral home. PDF Printable Version
