Nona Ruth Duvall

Nona Ruth Duvall, 81, of Pottsville, died Wednesday, February 16, 2005 at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Russellville. The daughter of Frank and Janie (Kinder) Burris, she was born June 22, 1923 in Pope County. She worked as a line supervisor with ConAgra for 18 years. She volunteered as a senior companion with the Area Agency on Aging and was a member of the Pine Ridge Free Will Baptist Church at Pottsville. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Charles H. Duvall.
She is survived by four sons, Paul Duvall, Pottsville, Jerry Duvall & wife Jane, Pottsville, Larry Duvall & wife Christy, Pottsville, Charles Edward Duvall & wife Judy, Greenbrier; a daughter, Glenda Kimball & husband Gary, Dover; 12 grandchildren, Pam Scarber, and husband Tim, Pottsville, Laura Porter & husband Jerry, Pottsville, Benita Drew & husband Jason, Pottsville, Bryan Duvall & wife Michelle, Pottsville, Kevin Duvall, Pottsville, Tina Duvall, Russellville, Josh Duvall, Russellville, Ginny Kimball, Russellville, Gina Dixon & husband Robbie, Baumholder, Germany, Jacob Duvall, Greenbrier, Jordan Duvall, Greenbrier, Amber Duvall, Missouri; 7 great grandchildren; two sisters, Elise Haney, Fordyce, Mildred Johnson, Conway; a brother, Robert Burris, Conway and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral will be at 2:00 pm Saturday, February 19, 2005 at Humphrey Chapel. Rev. Terry Anthony will officiate. Burial will be at Shady Grove at Atkins by Humphrey Funeral Service. Pallbearers will be Bryan Duvall, Kevin Duvall, George Davis, Charles Oates, Jake Miller and Jimmy Rietzke. Visitation will be 6-8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home
