Opal Lee Bunton

Opal Lee Bunton died September 19, 2000 at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center at Russellville, AR. She was born on November 16, 1913 at Tag (Pope County), AR, to Boss and Mattie Ella Roberts Harris. She married Clyde Calvin Bunton on March 1, 1934 at Russellville, AR. She retired after 25 years with International Shoe factory in Russellville and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 brother, George Harris, 2 Sisters, Amy Linton, Vera Taylor. She was a member for many years of the Harmony Freewill Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Clyde Calvin Bunton of Russellville; sons and daughters in law, Clyde Junior and Roberta Bunton of Russellville, Loyd Denver and Toni Bunton of Kentland; daughters and son in law, Geneva Sue and Kenneth Morphis of Russellville, Wanda Lou Pazdera of Russellville; 11 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; three sisters, Floy Clemmons of Grand Prairie, Pearl Sparks of Russellville, Reba Ford of Russellville; numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 10 AM Saturday, September 23, 2000 at the Harmony Freewill Baptist Church,officiated by Rev. A. E. Bo Coffman. Burial will be at the Rest Haven Memorial Park at Russellville, AR under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Friday evening at the funeral home.
