Paul Edward Walker

Paul Walker, 80, of Russellville, AR, formerly of London, died Friday, September 10, 2010 at Legacy Lodge Nursing Home in Russellville, AR. The son of Charley and Vernie Walker, he was born March 19, 1930 in Russellville, AR. He was a United States Air Force Veteran of Korea and was honorably dicharged as a sergeant. He was an air traffic controller with the U.S. Government. He was a member of the VFW Roger-Rye Outpost 2283 and Masonic Lodge 339. He attended the Church of God of Prophecy and enjoyed taking care of his dog, Ruff. He was preceded in death by his parents; 3 brothers, Ernest, Lawrence and Truman Walker; four sisters, Iva Young, Mary Rhodes, Opal Martin, Grace Smith; his first dog, Buster.
He is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 P.M., on Sunday, September 12, 2010, at The Church of God of Prophecy in London. Reverend Dan Baker will officiate.
