Phil Chase, 68, of Hot Springs, passed away Friday, January 1, 2021 at National Park Medical Center. The son of Jack and Wilda Chase, he was born March 14, 1952 in Joplin, MO. He was a Draftsman. He was a member of the Airport Road Church of Christ where he led singing and worked with the bus ministry. In addition to having a great sense of humor, Phil enjoyed spending his time outdoors, working with his hands, and had a love for his pet cats and dogs. Phil was preceded in death by his parents.\n\nPhil is survived by his son, Phillip Drake Chase of Hot Springs; his daughter Cathy Chase Brownfield (Cory) of Oldfield, MO; his step daughter, Amanda Davis of California; four grandchildren, Abby Brownfield of Nixa, MO; Jace Brownfield of Willard, MO; Mason and Gavin Davis both of California; two great grandchildren, his sister, Debbie McElroy (Larry) of Dardanelle; a nephew Joseph McElroy (Cristina) of Freeport, TX; and his former wife, Anna Chase of Hot Springs.\n\nA family service will be held at a later date.
