R.G. West Obituary (1926 - 2015) - Russellville, Arkansas

R.G. West, 88, of Russellville, AR, died Sunday, March 22, 2015 at St. Mary's Regional Med Center in Russellville. The son of George West and Ruby House West, he was born November 20, 1926 in Marshall, AR. He worked for Con-Agra for 25 years, several of those as Office Manager. R.G. was a member of the morning coffee shop drinkers at Wal-Mart McDonald's. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Flora Elizabeth Dowdy West; daughter, Sherry Karen West Jones; son, Michael West; sister, June Horton. Survivors include his grandson, David Shawn Jones of Russellville; great granddaughter, Montana Renee Hubbard of Russellville; sister, Ruth Wallis of Springdale; numerous nieces and nephews including a special niece Jean Taylor. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00AM, Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at Humphrey Chapel. Brother Don Rose will officiate. Burial will be at Shiloh Williamson Cemetery in Russellville, AR by Humphrey Funeral Service. Visitation will be from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm, on Tuesday, at the funeral home. PDF Printable Version
