Richard A. Koster

Richard A.'Dick' Koster, age 57, a resident of Dover, AR, died Tuesday, June 13, 2000 at home. He was born on January 31, 1943 at Ottosen, Iowa to Elmer and Viola Johnson Koster. He was a Truck Driver. He was preceded in death by his father, 1 brother, Keith Dale Koster. He was Catholic.

Survivors include three sons, Randy Koster of Dover, Rickey Koster of Dover, David LaFleur of Lacrosse; one daughter, Janice Koster of Dover; nine grandchildren, Christy Davis, Joshua and Rodney Koster, Austin and Ethan Koster, Ashley Boyer and Jonathan Judkins, Jessie and Jamie LaFleur; his mother, Viola Koster of Dover; nine brothers, Jimmie Koster of Stewartville, Tom Koster of Stewartville, Melvin Koster of Marshfield, Raymond Koster of Albert Lea, Marlin Koster of Joy, Rodney Koster of Springfield, Roland Koster of Harville, Leland Koster of Dover, Dennis Koster of Russellville; three sisters, Shirley Wolters of Osage, Marjorie Walker of Dover, Rozanne Bird of Alexander.

Funeral service will be 2 P.M. Friday, June 16, 2000 at the Humphrey Chapel, officiated by Rev. Ernie Hardesty. Burial will be at the McFadden Cemetery at Dover, AR under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service. Rosary will be at 6:00 P.M. Thursday evening at the funeral home and family visitation will follow from 6:30-8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
