Robert Louis Harvell Jr., 64, of Russellville, died Saturday, October 8, 2022, at his home. A visitation is planned for Thursday, October 13, 2022, beginning at 10:00-11:00 AM at the J. Herman Humphrey Dignity Cremation Center Chapel of Light. A private family graveside committal will take place later at Wylie Cemetery north of Appleton, Arkansas.\n\nThe son of Robert, Sr. & Carmela June (Hall) Harvell, Robert was born October 23, 1957, in St. Louis, Missouri. He married Denise (Kearney) Harvell, on April 20, 1992, at Russellville, blessing Denise with the best 31 years of her life.\n\nHe was preceded in death by his father, Robert Louis Harvell, Sr. He survives his wife, Denise; a daughter, Tina Curtis (Jimmy Zinnell) of Dardanelle; a grandson, Trevor Curtis-Lyles of Dardanelle; his mother, Carmela June Harvell of Russellville; a sister, Tina Chronister (Mark) of Russellville; a brother-in-law, Perry Kearney (Elizabeth) of Russellville; a nephew, Norman Chronister (Ginger) of Russellville; and a niece, Cherie Campbell (Aaron) of Benton.\n\nRobert was a cosmetologist in Russellville, working more than 45 years with his sister, Tina, in the operations of The Natural Look and The Perfect Image. The talent and expertise of his trade earned him the Arkansas Hairdressing Championship for Men & Woman in the 1990s.
