Rosie May Marler Sanders Obituary (1917

Rosie May Marler Sanders, 88, of Russellville, formerly of Yuba City, California, went home to be with her heavenly father Sunday, November 5, 2006. The daughter of James and Mila Hodges Marler, she was born November 7, 1917 in Baxter County, Arkansas. She will be remembered by her family as a loving christian mother, grandmother and sister. She attended Fair Park Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carmel Sanders; parents; two brothers, Willie & Calvin Marler; two sisters, Ella Trammell, Rilda Ellis. Survivors include two daughters, Wilma Hall & husband Carl of Russellville and Ann Fountain & husband Ray of Russellville; six grandchildren, Pat Heath & husband Terry of Livermore, California, Melissa Lenderman & husband Hal of Ridgecrest, California, Mickey Hall, of Newport, Oregon, Tina Fountain of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Todd Fountain & wife Sherry of Hector, Arkansas, Tamela Fountain of Russellville, Arkansas; eight great grandchildren, Jenna Heath of Livermore, California, Jessica Lenderman, Heather Lenderman of Ridgecrest, California, Crystal Lenderman of Costa Mesa, California, Emily Butte & husband Ryan of Costa Mesa, California, Joshua Hall of Corvallis, Oregon, Tyler Fountain of Hector, Arkansas and Darcy Fountain of Hector, Arkansas; one sister, Ada Dodson of Yuba City, California; two brothers, Ruben Marler & wife Helen of Yuba City, California and Isaac Marler & wife Pearl of Mountain Home, Arkansas and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral will be at 10:00AM Wednesday, November 8, 2006 at Humphrey Chapel with Dr. Shane Knight officiating. Graveside service will be 10:00 AM Saturday, November 11, 2006 at Sutter Cemetery in Sutter, California by Ullery Memorial Chapel. Local Arrangements are under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service.
