Sara Price Troglin Obituary (1916

Sara Price Troglin, age 85, a resident of Russellville, died Monday, February 26, 2001 at University Hospital at Little Rock. She was born on January 17, 1916 at Evening Shade, Arkansas, to Cleo and Victoria Smalley Price. She was the widow of Grover 'Bo' Troglin, her husband of 56 years. She was a 1937 graduate of Arkansas Polytechnic College. She was also preceded in death by 2 brothers, Frank and Lloyd and 2 sisters, Vera and Carolyn. She was a member of Second Baptist Church and attended the Bible Study Fellowship. Survivors include three sons and three daughters in law, David and Patricia Troglin of Russellville, Morris and Dorothy Troglin of Russellville, Raymond and Tamara Troglin of Kansas City; one daughter and son in law, Linda and Jerry Smith of Russellville; six grandchildren, Michael Troglin of Charlotte, North Carolina, Lori White of Ozark, Dawn Geyer of Deer Park, Washington, Daniel Troglin of LRAG Base, Jacksonville, Amy Smith of Russellville, Benjamin Smith of Russellville; 7 great grandchildren; 1 sister, Lafon Price of Ash Flat; 1 brother, Max Price of Corpus Christi, Texas. Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, February 28, 2001 at the Humphrey Chapel officiated by Rev. David McLemore. Burial will be at the Rest Haven Memorial Park at Russellville under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service. The family will receive friends from 7-8:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
