Theresa Gail Forrest Obituary (1961 - 2025)

Theresa Gail Forrest, 64, of Little Rock, died Monday, December 29, 2025, at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock. Following a private family committal in the Chapel of Light, cremation arrangements were entrusted to the J. Herman Humphrey Dignity Cremation Center under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service. Theresa was born on November 6, 1961, in St. Charles, Missouri, to Harold Orville and Ida Mea (Bean) White. She married Jerry Steven Forrest in Perryville, Arkansas, on April 15, 1991. She worked over 40 years as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in medical services. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Jay White, and two sisters, Diane White and Norma White. She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Jerry Forrest; a son, Jeramy Forrest (Tanya) of Battle Mountain, Nevada; five grandchildren: Brandon Forrest, Jadon Forrest, Cierra Wagner, Ryan Forrest, and Blake Forrest; and a brother, Rodger White of Centerville, Arkansas. Theresa found great joy in serving others in her compassionate role in nursing. The comfort and healthcare of her patients was of primary importance to her and she ministered to their medical needs with upmost care and concern. Her spirit of giving was contagious and served as an inspiring role model for those honored to work with her. She will be missed most of all by her family and friends who always admired her quiet and unassuming nature, especially as she and Jerry cherished being together in the comfort of their home following a long day at work. Her love for her grandchildren was unmatched and she relished every moment, family event, and holiday celebration she was able to spend with them.
