Viola Charlotte (Hanneman) Spear, 94 years of age, Russellville, AR. formerly of Lincoln, KS., passed away July 14, 2008.
Viola was a resident of Wildflower Retirement Home upon arrival to Arkansas, followed by Stella Manor and Legacy Lodge Nursing Homes.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Rheinhart and Mary (Dillon) Hanneman; husband, Eugene Hale Spear; daughter Leola LaJean Effland; and brother, Delmar Ray Hanneman.
She is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Iris and Harold Bolte, Gretna, NE; sons and daughters-in-law, Gary and Delores Spear, Beloit, KS., and Richard and Neta Spear, Russellville, AR. Grandchildren and spouses: Claudia and Steve Jones, Manhattan, KS; Kimberly Nelson, Lincoln, NE; Donald and Michele Effland, Durant, OK; Terri and Darrell Kelley, Beloit, KS; Michelle and Kevin Kadel, Beloit, KS; Mark Spear, Beloit, KS; Teresa and Mark Rolfzen, Papillion, NE; Krista and Marty Ostransky, Cody, NE; Julie and Todd Meimerstorf, Russellville, AR; and Justin and Annie Spear, Russellville, AR. Great-Grandchildren include: Stephanie and Michael Jones, Manhattan, KS; Kyle Nelson, Lincoln, NE; Mikayla and Mikenzie Effland, Durant, OK; Dane, Matt, and Erin Kelley, Beloit, KS; Colton Spear, Salina, KS.; Chloe and Caleb Marshall, Karody Kadel, Beloit, KS; Ryan, Kadie and Amber Rolfzen, Papillion, NE; Taylor and Taryn Ostransky, Cody, NE; Jenna and Landon Meimerstorf, Russellville, AR., Holly, Hayden and Story Spear, Russellville, AR. Funeral Services will be held at Hall Funeral Home, Lincoln, Kansas, Thursday, July 17, 10:00 a.m.
Graveside services will be held at the Lincoln City Cemetery, Lincoln, Kansas.
