Virgil David Apple Obituary (1939 - 2013)

Virgil David Apple of Hector, passed away April 1st, 2013 at the VA Hospital in Little Rock. He died from Lung Cancer. He was born April 21, 1939 at Bellville, to the late Edgar and Dulcie Apple. Virgil was preceded in death by two brothers, Edgar Ray Apple of Texas and Ora Dean Apple of Oklahoma. His survivors include his wife of 52 years Glenna Dee Apple; 5 children, Ramona Overton & husband Larry, David J. Apple, John W. Apple, Thomas Matthew Apple & wife Lonna, Dustin E. Apple; 12 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; 3 sisters; Faye Demmitt, Nora Land, Juanita Jackson; one brother, C.W. Apple and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00PM, Saturday, April 6, 2013 at Humphrey Chapel. Brother Kenny Partain and Sam Neiman will officiate. Burial will be at Upper Spring Creek Cemetery in Belleville, AR by Humphrey Funeral Service. Visitation will be from 6:00 pm to 8:00pm, on Friday, at the funeral home. PDF Printable Version
