Wanda Jean Edwards, 69, of Dover, died Tuesday, October 20, 2020, at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home in Russellville. The daughter of Willie and Annie Marie (Loveless) Edwards, she was born September 23, 1951, in Dover.\n\nWanda worked in the restaurant service throughout her working career. She enjoyed fishing, crocheting, shopping, was an avid crafter and especially endeared to her canine companion, "Missy." Wanda worshipped with her faith family at St. Paul United. She loved to watch the Gaither Homecoming concerts because of her love for gospel and country gospel music.\n\nShe was preceded in death by her parents; her paternal grandparents, Alford "Doc" & Allie Edwards; her maternal grandmother, Ollie Belle Loveless; and a baby brother, Freddie Edwards.\n\nShe is survived by her brother, David Edwards (Pam) of Dover; her sister, Anna Lee Johnson (Jerry) of Dover; and a nephew, Matthew White, of Dover.\n\nA graveside service & burial under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service will be held Friday, October 23, 2020, at St. Paul Cemetery in Dover with Rev. Jon Scheible officiating. Wanda will lie in repose at the funeral home on Thursday, October 22, 2020, from noon until 5:00PM, for friends to view.
