Waymond Phillips Price Obituary (1929 - 2012)

Waymond Phillips Price, 82, of Russellville, Arkansas, died Monday, January 2, 2012 at his cabin near Pelsor, Arkansas. The son of Clarence Phillips and Velma Moore Saner he was born September 2, 1929 in Russellville, AR. He worked for many years with International Shoe Company and the Arkansas Highway Transportation Department while later retiring from both entities. He was a charter member of the Pope County Mounted Patrol. He enjoyed hunting, camping, spending time with his grandsons and great granddaughters, and watching sports. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his son Tracy Price and wife Rita of Lamar; two grandsons, Justin Price and wife Holly of Russellville and Scott Price and wife Ann of Lamar; two great granddaughters, Rhylie Jo and Aybrie Price of Lamar; two cousins, Dean Dlugosh and wife Betty of Russellville and Dewayne Dlugosh and wife Sandy of Lamar. Visitation will be from 6:00pm to 7:00pm, on Thursday, at the funeral home. Honorary Pallbearers will be Bill Henry, Euel Roberts, Cleburne Ford, Hoyle Adams, and Randy Freeman. PDF Printable Version
