Wesley Freeman Fields, 64, of Russellville, passed away, Friday, March 12, 2021 at St. Mary's Reg. Med. Center. The son of Eugene and Rose Kozak Fields, he was born May 18, 1956 in Little Rock. He was a graduate of Russellville High School. He was a retired Navy Veteran and served as a Missile Technician. He was a devoted husband, loving father, grandfather and great grandfather. He was a member of the National Rifle Association and the Center Valley Missionary Baptist Church where he enjoyed working around the church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, metalwork, carpentry and plumbing. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Johnathon Wesley Fields and a brother, Larry Fields.\n\nWesley is survived by his wife Shirley Fields of Russellville; two daughters, Stephanie Ann Bristol (Josh) of Virginia Beach, VA; Samantha Rose Berry (Jonathon) of Pottsville; two sons, Joseph Eugene Fields of Russellville; Isaac Jacob Fields of Russellville; two sisters, Jaynie Jones (John) of Russellville; Dawn Carter of Mississippi; 10 grandchildren; three great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.\n\nMemorial Service with military honors will be held at 2:00PM, Thursday, March 18, 2021 at Rest Haven Memorial Park. Bro. David Diffie will officiate. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of The Herman Humphrey Dignity Cremation Center and Humphrey Funeral Service.
